30-minute jazz warm-up. Use this warm-up to get your body ready for an audition, to keep up your technique, to prepare yourself before learning a self-tape or taking a virtual class. This class includes a warm-up song, isolations, a centre barre, a lunge stretch, seated stretches, big stretches, strengthening (abs, biceps, triceps, glutes, etc.) and a dance party! Note: This warm-up is Chaz Wolcott's artistic and intellectual property. User agrees to use it for it's intended purpose - to warm-up, and agrees not to share this video beyond a single household. By purchasing this video, user has permission to utilize this warm-up for their own individual use in perpetuity, but is NOT allowed to share this video with others and is NOT permitted to teach the choreography in this video (with or without credit).
